3. High COD organic matter concentration and complex components (often accompanied by color and odor) mostly involve industrial wastewater CODcr generally over 2000 mg/L, or even up to tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of mg/L, with various refractory organic compounds.
The hazards of 3-high wastewater include the following:
1. Toxic and hazardous high concentration organic industrial wastewater contains a large number of toxic and harmful substances, which accumulate continuously in natural environment such as water and soil, and finally enter the human body through the food chain, affecting people's health;
2. Aerobic hazards due to biodegradation, high concentration of organic waste-water will make the receiving water anoxic or even anaerobic, and most aquatic organisms will die, resulting in odor, deterioration of water quality, and impact on the environment;
3. Sensory pollution endangers the low transparency of high concentration organic wastewater, affects the growth of aquatic organisms and microorganisms, is not conducive to water self-purification, not only makes the water lose its use value, but also affects the normal life of the surrounding residents.
We have many years of experience in the treatment of industrial wastewater from 3 high-tech industries.
For high ammonia nitrogen wastewater, we have developed a professional high ammonia nitrogen removal agent, which can effectively treat ammonia nitrogen wastewater. The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater is as high as 99%.
For the treatment of high salinity wastewater, we have a variety of electrodialysis technologies. Electrodialysis is a combination of electrochemical process and dialysis diffusion process. Driven by an external DC electric field, ion exchange membranes can be selectively permeated (i.e., cations can pass through cation exchange membranes, anions can pass through anion exchange membranes), anions and cations move to the anode and cathode, respectively. Move. In the process of ion migration, if the fixed charge of the membrane is opposite to the charge of the ion, the ion can pass through; if the charge of the membrane is the same, the ion will be excluded, thus realizing the purpose of solution desalination, concentration, refining or purification. At the same time, we have developed a membrane treatment technology for high salinity wastewater.
