    High COD wastewater mainly comes from chemical industry. As a traditional industry in China, it occupies an important position in the national economy. The chemical wastewater produced by high concentration of COD, high toxicity and poor biodegradability makes it difficult for ordinary processes to achieve the desired effect of treatment.


    Common treatment methods: physicochemical method, biochemical anaerobic method, biological method.


    Because the wastewater produced in the production process contains high salinity, it needs to be desalinated first. The cooling water is discharged after biochemical pond and subsequent treatment. After treatment, the waste-water meets the requirements of the first-level direct discharge standard for comprehensive pollutant discharge.

    Aiming at the treatment of high COD wastewater, we have mature ECSB anaerobic wastewater treatment technology. Anaerobic wastewater treatment is a process of decomposing various complex organic matter into methane and carbon dioxide through the role of anaerobic microorganisms (including facultative microorganisms) in the absence of molecular oxygen, also known as anaerobic digestion. 


    The advantages of our environmental protection anaerobic technology include two-layer three-phase separator and sludge interception. Fully sealed positive pressure system, no odor, no need for biogas storage tank and odor treatment device, no oxygen in the system, no need for anti-corrosion tank wall. 


    With the external circulation design, the circulating power does not depend on the COD concentration of the incoming water and the biogas output.
