    The technological process of ultrasonic cleaning wastewater treatment: the ultrasonic rinsing wastewater and the acid rinsing wastewater are collected and discharged into the rinsing wastewater collection tank. 


    After intercepting large suspended matter by grille, it enters the regulating pool and mainly homogenizes the water quality. The water quantity ensures the stability of the follow-up treatment effect and reduces the load impact on the follow-up process. 


    The effluent from the regulating tank is pumped up into the coagulation reactor, in which the flocculant is added quantitatively under the action of the agitator. Through the coagulation reaction of adsorbent bridge, electric neutralization and suspended matter in the wastewater, the colloid is destabilized and coagulated to form flocs. The effluent enters the PH regulating tank. 


    After adding CA(OH)2 to regulate the PH of the wastewater to alkaline, the effluent is left in. The effluent enters the flocculation tank, and a certain amount of PAM is added to the tank body to form flocculants, which make it easier to separate from water and the effluent enters the sedimentation tank.


    Our advantages in treating wastewater from ultrasonic cleaning are as follows:

    1. Wastewater from ultrasonic cleaning and acid pickling are treated separately and pumped quantitatively into a washing wastewater collection tank specially designed for environmental protection in order to prevent the instantaneous excessive concentration of wastewater from meeting the discharge requirements;

    2. The sludge from the bottom of the settling tank is discharged into the sludge concentration tank regularly, and then lifted by pneumatic diaphragm pump into the sludge filter press for concentration and dewatering. The leachate from the filter press is returned to the regulating tank and re-entered into the system for treatment. After dewatering, the mud cake is regularly treated out of commission.
