Therefore, when using cutting fluid, impurities and oil slick must be removed at any time to ensure the quality of cooling fluid circulation.

    Cutting fluid wastewater has the characteristics of high COD concentration, complex composition and poor biodegradability. Main pollution factors: PH, SS, COD.

    If discharged, the water will become eutrophic, dirty and smelly, and inhibit the growth of microorganisms.


    Description of metal cutting fluid wastewater treatment process:

    The wastewater mainly contains grease, high organic matter and refractory substances. The wastewater is mixed wastewater. Because the refractory substance microorganisms are not easy to digest, the wastewater needs to be pretreated physicochemically.

    Wastewater discharged from the workshop is first removed greasy substances by oil separating pool and then entered into regulating pool to regulate water quality and water quantity. Then it is separated by lifting pump into coagulation air flotation pool. Clear water enters into biochemical system for advanced treatment. Waste residue enters sludge dewatering system and then is treated outside the commission. The supernatant enters the discharging pool, and then is metered and discharged through metering discharge tank.

    Our advantages in metal cutting fluid wastewater treatment:
    1. Cutting fluid contains grease, insoluble grease is easily suspended on the surface of wastewater, and grease can cause toxicity in biochemical system, so it needs to be isolated and collected in advance;

    2. Some soluble oils and fats can also cause toxicity in biological system. Coagulation-air flotation process is used for separation;

    3. After the pretreatment, the biochemical system can mineralize most of the organic matter. The final effluent reaches the standard.
