  • Brief description:The acid pickling wastewater is mainly produced in the process of removing rust from iron and steel parts by acid pickling. The pH value of the wastewater is generally 2-3, and the concentration of Fe 2+ and SS is also high. Phosphating wastewater is also called skin film wastewater, which means that iron parts are chemically treated in phosphate solution containing manganese, iron and zinc, and a layer of phosphate protective film which is insoluble in water is formed on the surface as the spraying bottom layer to prevent rusting of iron parts.
