Treatment of Electroplating Wastewater and Comprehensive Treatment of Various Electroplating Wastewater
When dealing with electroplating wastewater, we often encounter a variety of comprehensive treatment of electroplating wastewater. Many kinds of electroplating wastewater, such as cyanide wastewater, hexavalent chromium wastewater, acid and alkali, heavy copper, nickel, zinc and other comprehensive wastewater, need to be treated. We generally adopt the method of wastewater diversion treatment.
First, cyanide wastewater and chromium wastewater should be separately collected from the production line, according to the corresponding methods mentioned above. The wastewater containing cyanide and chromium was treated, and the treated wastewater was mixed into the comprehensive wastewater and then treated by coagulation and sedimentation.
The process flow is as follows:
Cyanide-Containing wastewater→Regulating pond→Primary cyanide-Breaking pond→Secondary cyanide-Breaking pond→Comprehensive wastewater pond
Comprehensive wastewater→Comprehensive wastewater Pool→Fast mixing pool→Slow mixing pool→Inclined pipe sedimentation pool→Intermediate pool filter→pH recuperation pool→Discharge
