    Comprehensive heavy metal wastewater is composed of non-complex heavy metal wastewater containing copper, nickel and zinc, as well as acid and alkali pretreatment wastewater. To treat this kind of wastewater, we usually adopt the process of hydroxide precipitation under alkaline conditions.

    The process flow is as follows:
    Comprehensive Heavy Metal Wastewater    →Regulating Pool→Fast Mixing Pool→Slow Mixing Pool→Inclined Pipe Sedimentation Pool→Filtration→pH Recuperating Pool→Discharge

    The reaction conditions are generally controlled at pH 9-10, and the specific optimum pH conditions are determined by debugging. The reaction time was 20-30 minutes in the fast mixing tank and 10-20 minutes in the slow mixing tank. The best mixing method is mechanical mixing, or air mixing.
