  • According to our many years of engineering experience, the main characteristics of brewery wastewater are as follows:

    (1) The beer industry consumes a large amount of water (10-50 t of water is consumed in the production of 1T beer);

    (2) Brewery wastewater mainly comes from malt workshop (steeping wastewater), saccharification workshop (saccharification, filtration and washing wastewater), filling workshop (bottle washing, sterilization wastewater and broken bottle beer) production cooling wastewater;

    (3) Beer wastewater mainly contains carbohydrates, alcohols and other organic substances. The water quality and quantity vary greatly with season, and the concentration of organic substances is often the highest in the peak period of water quantity.


    We mainly use contact oxidation, SBR, acidification + SBR, UASB + contact oxidation, internal circulation UASB anaerobic reactor + oxidation ditch to treat brewery wastewater effectively.
