  • Brief description:We mainly use physical, chemical and biological treatment methods for pharmaceutical chemical raw material processing wastewater. Physical treatment: screening, filtration, precipitation, air flotation, membrane separation. Chemical methods: coagulation, acid-base neutralization, redox and micro-electrolysis.   Biological treatment: UASB, contact oxidation, SBR, biological aerated filter, hydrolytic acidification.
  • Wastewater Treatment in Chemical Plant

    According to our many years of Engineering experience, the main characteristics of chemical raw material processing wastewater are as follows:

    (1) Waste liquid is discharged after extracting useful components from raw materials, which is not easy to be biodegraded because of its high concentration;

    (2) Wastewater from pipeline and equipment washing has a large amount of water;

    (3) Ground flushing water;

    (4) Cooling water, large amount of water;

    (5) Biochemical properties are poor, including halogen, nitro, azo, heterocyclic compounds and other refractory organic compounds;

    (6) High salt content;

    (7) Wastewater has high chroma.
