We have summarized in the organic waste gas treatment of photoelectric products manufacturing industry for many years. There are five main production processes of organic waste gas pollution in photoelectric products: semiconductor integrated circuit, TFT-LCD, LED, printed circuit board (PCB), electronic terminal products.
The following focuses on the organic waste gas treatment of electronic terminal products:
In the manufacture of electronic terminal products, the main sources of VOCs include the organic waste gas of circuit board cleaner (using organic solvent cleaner), the three anti-spray paint exhaust gas of circuit board, the spray paint exhaust gas of chassis (chassis), and the injection molding exhaust gas of chassis. These exhaust gases come from the local exhaust system of the station, which is characterized by large exhaust volume and low concentration.
The possible sources of pollution, the process of producing pollutants and the analysis of major pollutants in the manufacturing industry of electronic terminal products are shown in Table 1.

The treatment of VOCs in the waste gas of electronic terminal product production is mainly to control the waste gas of circuit board cleaning process and product spraying process.
(1) Waste Gas Treatment Technology of PCB Cleaning Process
Waste gases of circuit board cleaning process mainly contain trichloroethylene, dichloromethane, acetone, ethanol, isopropanol and other components, generally with high concentration. Because of the chlorinated compounds such as trichloroethylene and dichloromethane, incineration treatment is not suitable. At present, activated carbon fiber adsorption recovery device or granular activated carbon adsorption recovery device are generally used for treatment.
(2) Waste Gas Treatment Technology of Spraying Process
UV paint is mostly used in the spraying of electronic terminal products. The composition of UV paint is complex. Usually there are twenty or thirty kinds of organic compounds and some compounds with high boiling point. The exhaust gas has a large air volume (the exhaust volume of a production workshop is generally more than 100,000 m³/h) and a low concentration (generally less than 350 mg/m³). The composition of the exhaust gas is extremely complex and can not be recycled. Adsorption concentration + combustion technology is generally used to treat the exhaust gas.
