Customer requirements:

The customer has two cooling lines of 2 tons/h capacity for chicken processing, with two cooling tanks, and each tank can hold 3 tons of water.The temperature of the chicken going into the water is designed to be 10°C, after cooling the temperature is 3°C.

Need two ice water circulation chillers on each cooling tank. The chicken was circulated by 0~2 °C ice water, and then cooled down to 3 °C.

Our design for customer:

1. There are 2 pre-cooling tanks in the production line. Each pre-cooling tank is equipped with one set falling film chiller, and 0~2° ice water flows directly into the water tank. Three units meet the heat exchange capacity of two pre-cooled water tanks;

2. The falling film chiller is placed next to the pre-cooling tank or above the water tank. The water pump and control cabinet can be placed in the machine room, and the air-cooled unit can be placed outdoors.

Total installed power of the unit is 28.5 kw;

Falling film chiller overall dimension is 1650×550×1400mm;

Refrigeration unit overall dimension 500×1500×1500mm.
