Requirement: Provide cooling water for the sauce packets to lower the sauce packet temperature from 90 ℃ to 15 ℃ quickly, capacity: 2 tons/h

Our solution for customer is as follows:

Cooling solution in two stages:

First stage: Use our heat exchange plates (full with water)  to lower the  temperature of the sauce packets of 90℃ down to 45℃;

Second stage: Useour heat exchange plates(full with Freon ) to lower the  temperature of sauce packets of 45℃ down to 15℃.

Features:

1. Two stages of cooling saving energy 50%;

2. Even if there is a broken bag it is easy to clean without causing blockage.
