Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) is an energy-saving and environmental protection device used to treat low and medium volatile organic waste gases. Its basic principle is to oxidize organic components in exhaust gas to C02 and H20 at high temperature, so as to remove them. The feature of the device is that a regenerative heat exchanger is added to the equipment. Because of its high heat recovery rate (more than 95%), the device has the effect of energy saving and oxidation.

Device advantages:
1. Low requirements for working conditions, the exhaust gas can contain a variety of organic components, the treatment air volume range is large: 2,000-300,000 Nm/h;

2. The purification rate is high, the two-bed RTO purification rate is above 96%, and the three-bed RTO purification rate is above 99%;

3. Fully automatic control, simple operation, low operation cost;

4. The operation cost is low. When VOCs concentration reaches 450ppm, no additional fuel consumption is needed, such as higher VOCs concentration, and secondary waste heat recovery can also be carried out.
